ICCO is an inter church organisation for development cooperation. We give global financial support and advice to local organisations and networks that work for better access to basic facilities, initiating sustainable economical development and enhancing peace and democracy. We also bring together enterprising people in the Netherlands and in developing countries.
We work together closely with civil society organisations, including development organisations, educational organisations and businesses. In this way, we seek to improve living conditions for people in Latin America, Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe and help them be economically independent. Read more about our mission and organisation.

Edukans is a development organization with a unique focus on basic education. Every child is entitled to have access to good quality basic education. Yet, world-wide, 72 million children do not attend school. For Edukans this is an unacceptable situation. Action has to be taken. Every child should have the opportunity to get relevant education. Edukans facilitates this in close cooperation with local partner organizations in developing countries. Edukans also involves students in the Netherlands in the field of quality improvement of basic education and awareness raising on the issue.

Prisma is an association of Christian organizations involved in the field of development assistance and international diaconate. The foundations of Prisma are the Bible as the Word of God and the communal profession of faith as described in the Apostle’s creed. The work of Prisma’s members is guided by Christian principles and seen as a response to the Christian call to show mercy, charity, and justice toward our neighbours. Prisma seeks to let a clear Christian voice on development assistance and related specific themes be heard in politics, government, their own support network, and in the broader community.
