Educaids, as a network of civil society organizations working in the field of education, promotes the integration of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for Young People in education. In doing so, Educaids considers cultural and religious norms and values, both as opportunity and challenge.
Vision:
Educaids aims for the delivery of comprehensive education on SRHR for young people, enabling them to make their own, informed choices for a healthy sexual and reproductive life, to ensure their psychological, physical and socio-economical well-being.
Educaids’ theory of change to accomplish mission and vision is built up of three elements.
- Educaids emphasizes the importance of Comprehensive Sexuality Education for the SRHR of young people,
- Educaids establishes Civil Society Coalitions for capacity building on SRHR education,
- Educaids promotes effective linkages between SRHR and other thematic areas.
